It can also be used for mechanical extraction and soil pipe ventilation. Thruvent ventilates to comply with BS 5250:2011, therefore reducing the risk of harmful condensation in the roof. This product also complies with BS 5534:2014 requirements for mechanical fixing and BS EN 12056-2:2000, Gravity Drainage Systems Inside Buildings.
