3. What’s the difference between your GRP roofing systems?
Our Cover It Advanced GRP is our premium waterproofing solution with enhanced durability, while Cromar Pro GRP offers professional-grade performance at competitive pricing. Cure It GRP is our entry-level system ideal for smaller projects.
4. Do you offer samples of roofing materials?

Delivery & Shipping

1. What delivery options do you offer?
We provide two main services:
– Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
– Free Economy Shipping: Free for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
2. How are heavy items like coping stones delivered?
Heavy products (concrete pier caps, coping stones, etc.) are palletised and shipped via specialist freight carriers equipped for safe unloading. You’ll receive advance notice about any specific delivery requirements.
3. Can I expedite delivery for urgent projects?
For urgent GRP roofing materials or commercial orders, contact us at [email protected] before checkout. We can often arrange priority dispatch for time-sensitive projects.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide except to certain remote areas in Asia. Our team can provide specific delivery estimates for your location – just email us with your postcode and order details.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Original packaging must be retained for roofing membranes and composite decking returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
2. How do I return a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Can I return opened bitumen kegs?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bitumen products unless they are faulty. Unopened kegs in original packaging may be returned within the 15-day period.
